Motorola Corporate Ventures Group
  • Developed Motorola's strategy in structuring hybrid private equity investments and intellectual property out licensing deals with high tech start-ups with strategic value to Motorola.
     

  • Closed two deals that led to financial investments and technology out-licensing in return for equity. Developed four spin out strategies for new Motorola businesses by structuring VC funding and strategic partnerships as a vehicle for creating these separate NewCo’s. Structured two IP out license deals
